Spa booking software
Spa booking software
Guests reserve their treatment and their therapist on a page that looks like your spa, while you keep every room, every ritual and every changeover in a single calendar.
- Reservations arrive while the spa is quiet and the phone is off
- Each therapist's day stands alone, or sits beside the others
- Changeover time is part of every treatment, never borrowed from the next guest
- Deposits hold the long rituals that cost the most when they vanish

A QUIETER FRONT DESK.
Spa booking software that protects the pace of the day, not just the diary.
A spa is judged on how unhurried it feels, and nothing undoes that faster than a guest arriving into a room that has not been reset. Kevonia carries the changeover inside every treatment, keeps each therapist's day honest, and lets guests reserve for themselves — so the desk stops absorbing calls it was never meant to handle.
THE WORKSPACE, ON FILM
From an open morning to a reserved treatment room.
Roughly half a minute inside the software: the day's figures, one therapist's week drawn out of the spa view, arranging her profile, and a guest reserving her own treatment.

THE SPA, WITHOUT SEARCHING
Four screens that settle the morning before it starts.
What is reserved, who is on shift, how the treatment list is priced, and what has cleared into the account.
The whole spa on one grid, or one therapist on her own.
Move between the week and a single day, and narrow it to whichever therapist a guest has asked for. Open a reservation from the grid to change the treatment, pass it to a colleague, or cancel it — availability is re-checked before the change is accepted.
- A colour per therapist so the day reads instantly
- Breaks, leave and spa closures drawn into the grid
- A change that would overlap is refused, not saved

The pressure she likes. The oil she cannot have.
Every guest has a record: contact details, how many times she has visited, when she was last in, and a private note only the spa reads. Pressure, injuries, contraindications, the room she prefers, the therapist she asks for by name.
- Search any part of a name, email or number
- Visit count and last visit before you open anything
- The note stays with the guest across therapists

A reservation page as considered as the treatment room.
Share one link from your website, your hotel listing or your Google profile. Guests choose a treatment, choose a therapist qualified to give it, and only see times that are genuinely open — with the changeover the room needs already accounted for.
- Only therapists trained in that treatment appear
- A gap too short for the full ritual is never shown
- Ask for a deposit before the room is held

WHAT IT HANDLES
Careful where the day depends on it. Uncomplicated everywhere else.
A therapist starting this week should be reading her own column by the end of her first shift, without a training day.
Reservations after hours
Guests plan an evening treatment at eleven at night. Your page is open then and offers exactly the availability the desk would give in person.
One calendar the spa shares
Week or day, the full team or a single therapist, colour-coded so nobody has to read names to see whose guest has arrived.
Guest records worth keeping
Pressure preferences, injuries, contraindications and product sensitivities live on the guest, so the next therapist is never guessing.
Treatments timed with changeover
Each treatment carries its own length, its own room changeover, its own price, its own deposit and its own list of qualified therapists.
Availability that matches the rota
Opening hours per weekday, breaks through a shift, therapist leave and holidays, and the closures around deep cleans and refits.
The room cannot be sold twice
Hours, breaks, leave, closures and existing reservations are all checked before anything saves, so two guests never arrive for the same slot.
Long treatments that hold
A reminder goes out the day before with links to move or cancel. A ninety-minute slot released the night before can still be filled.

BEFORE AND AFTER
Where a spa day stops feeling calm.
Almost never during the treatment. Usually at the desk — the call taken mid-check-in, the consultation form nobody could find, and the ninety-minute room that emptied at nine the night before.
ONE TREATMENT
The month costs less than a single massage.
Recover one no-show with a deposit, or let a guest reserve a midweek afternoon that would have stood empty, and the subscription has paid for itself. Nothing is taken from anything you earn beyond it.
NO TWO SPAS RUN ALIKE
A four-room day spa and a single massage studio need the same freedom, not the same rigid template.
Define your own treatments, durations, changeover, prices, deposits, qualified therapists, opening hours and reservation window. Kevonia arranges itself around how your spa already runs instead of asking you to work around the software.

SPAS ALREADY RUNNING ON IT
The cost tends to be recovered within a few weeks.
Fewer calls interrupting a check-in, fewer rooms standing idle, and reservations arriving while the spa is silent.
We've been using Kevonia for several months and it has completely changed how we manage appointments. Our clients love how easy it is to book online, and we save hours every single week.
By far the best salon booking software we've used. It saves us time every day, and the online booking process has increased the number of appointments we get.
The automatic reminders have significantly reduced our no-shows, and scheduling has never been easier. It's simple, reliable, and our clients constantly compliment the booking experience.
I was surprised by how easy it was to get started. Within a single day our entire salon was set up and running smoothly. The interface is clean, modern and genuinely easy to use.
Managing multiple stylists used to be a challenge, but this keeps everyone's schedule organised. It helps us stay more efficient while giving our clients a better experience.
Excellent software with outstanding support. Our clients appreciate being able to book anytime, and we appreciate having everything in one place. I'd recommend it to any salon owner.

Reservable within the hour
Treatments, therapists and opening hours are the whole of setup. Most spas share their link within the hour.
Your guest list is yours
Guest details and treatment notes belong to the spa, and card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
OTHER TRADES, THE SAME SOFTWARE
Spas rarely offer only one kind of treatment.
Day spas that add facials, nails, lashes or hair to the treatment list run all of it from one calendar and one guest record. These pages describe the same software for each of those trades.

What makes this spa booking software rather than a general calendar?+
Spa treatments are not interchangeable blocks. Each one carries its own duration, its own room changeover, its own price, its own deposit and its own list of qualified therapists — and the reservation page only ever offers times where all of that genuinely fits.
Does it account for the time between guests?+
Yes. Every treatment has a changeover period on top of the treatment itself, and the reservation page counts it in. A guest can never take a slot that leaves no time to reset the room, so the day does not compress as it fills.
Can I restrict a treatment to qualified therapists?+
Yes. Each treatment is assigned to the specific therapists who deliver it. Guests booking online are shown only those therapists, and the treatment cannot be handed to someone who is not on the list.
Where do contraindications and preferences get recorded?+
In the private notes on the guest record, alongside their visit history. Only your team can read them, and they stay with the guest whichever therapist takes the next reservation.
Can I take a deposit on long treatments?+
Yes. Connect Stripe and set a deposit on any treatment. Most spas leave short treatments free to reserve and ask for a deposit on rituals, packages and peak-time slots — the ones a no-show genuinely costs.
How do guests change or cancel a reservation?+
The confirmation and the reminder both carry links to move or cancel. Cancelling is only allowed inside the notice window you set, and you are notified the moment it happens so the room can be resold.
Does it work for a single therapist as well as a full team?+
Yes. A solo massage therapist runs one calendar with one set of hours; a day spa runs a dozen side by side. Nothing about the setup changes except how many people you add.
Is there a charge per therapist?+
No. One flat price covers unlimited therapists, reservations, guests and treatments, so growing the team costs nothing extra in software.
How much time does setting it up take?+
Most spas are live the same day. Spa details, treatment list, therapists, opening hours — then share the link. A checklist inside the app walks you through each step in order.
And once the two weeks are up?+
Nothing is charged during the fourteen days and no card is needed to begin. Afterwards it is $49.99 a month, and you can cancel from your billing settings at any time.
Can I explore it before signing up?+
Yes. The demo workspace is a fully populated spa with reservations, therapists, treatments and revenue already in place, so you can use the calendar before creating an account.
