Tattoo Booking Software

Clients book their own consultation or session, put down a deposit before the chair is held, and every artist works from their own book. The studio keeps one calendar, one client history, and a lot fewer messages to answer between sessions.

  • Clients book a consultation or a full session without a DM
  • Every artist gets their own column, hours and list of designs
  • Session blocks as long as a full-day piece actually needs
  • Non-refundable deposits taken before the slot is confirmed

THE SAME SALON, FROM THE OTHER SIDE

And this is what your clients see.

The page Sunday Studio shares from its Instagram bio, live on this one. Every salon gets the same one at kevonia.com/your-salon, with its own name, photo, service menu and team — and clients book from it without an account.

LESS DM. MORE INK.

Tattoo booking software built around the deposit and the chair, not a generic calendar.

A tattoo studio doesn't run on fixed half-hour slots — a flash piece is twenty minutes and a sleeve is a full day split across sessions. Kevonia lets every artist set their own session lengths, take a deposit before a slot is confirmed, and keep a client's placement, allergy and touch-up notes attached to their record instead of buried in a DM thread.

WATCH IT WORK

From the studio opening up to a deposit landing on a custom piece.

Under thirty seconds of the real software: the day's sessions, one artist's book pulled out of the studio view, setting up a design, and a client booking a consultation with a deposit.

THE STUDIO AT A GLANCE

Four screens. The whole studio, before the first client sits down.

What's booked today, who's on the chairs, what you charge, and what's landed from deposits.

01 · THE CLIENT RECORD

Placement, allergies, healed notes — written down, not remembered.

Every client gets a record with their contact details, how many pieces they've booked and when they were last in — plus a private note only the studio reads. Placement, skin reaction, the numbing cream that didn't work, the cover-up they're still self-conscious about.

  • Search a name, a number or an email and find them
  • Last visit and piece count before you open anything
  • Notes survive whichever artist takes the consult

02 · SESSIONS & DEPOSITS

A twenty-minute flash and a six-hour sleeve are not the same booking.

Each design carries its own duration, price and deposit, and a session can run as long as the piece needs — not forced into a fixed slot built for haircuts. Take a non-refundable deposit the moment a client books, so a cancelled custom day doesn't cost the studio the whole afternoon.

  • Session length set per design, not per calendar block
  • Deposits taken online before the slot is confirmed
  • A conflicting booking is refused, not saved
app.kevonia.com

03 · THE BOOKING LINK

One link that works harder than an inbox full of DMs.

Put it in the Instagram bio, on Google Maps, on a QR code at the front desk. Clients pick a design or consultation, pick their artist, and only see slots that artist genuinely has free. The deposit lands and the session drops into the calendar the second they confirm.

  • Only artists who do that style are shown
  • A gap too short for the piece never appears
  • Take the deposit up front, settle the rest in the studio

WHAT YOU GET

Fast enough for the front desk. Simple enough for a guest artist.

If a travelling artist can't work it on the first day of a residency, it's the wrong tool for a studio.

Booking outside the DMs

Half of all bookings happen outside opening hours. Your page takes a consultation or session request at midnight with exactly the availability you'd give in person.

A column for every artist

See the whole studio or one artist, in week or day view, colour-coded so nobody mixes up whose custom piece just walked in.

A client record worth keeping

Contact details, piece history and private notes on placement, allergies and healed touch-ups, in one place instead of scattered across old messages.

Flash and custom, timed properly

A walk-in flash, a half-sleeve and a full-day custom piece are different lengths. Give each its own duration, price and deposit.

Deposit before the chair is held

Take a non-refundable deposit the moment a session is booked, through Stripe, so a last-minute cancellation doesn't cost the studio a whole day.

One artist per chair, always

Hours, days off, closures and existing bookings are all checked before a booking is allowed to save.

Fewer empty chairs

A reminder goes out the day before with links to move or cancel. A slot given back on Friday night still sells on Saturday.

ONE PRICE FOR THE WHOLE STUDIO

What Kevonia Business gives a tattoo studio.

No tiers, no charge per artist, no percentage of the deposit. Everything listed here is open from the first day of the trial.

The studio calendar

The screen the day is run from.

  • The full week, or one day at a time
  • Filter to a single artist
  • A colour for each person on the floor
  • Take it, change it or drop it without leaving the grid
  • Every save checked for conflicts
  • Notes written on the session itself

Your booking page

Your studio's page, not a directory listing.

  • kevonia.com/your-studio, and nobody else's
  • A photo of the studio, what you do, where, and when
  • Design, then artist, then day, then time
  • Unavailable slots simply are not offered
  • Designed for a phone in one hand
  • Switch online booking off any time

Your clients

The consultation history, but searchable.

  • No limit on how many clients you keep
  • Pull a client up from any detail you remember
  • How many pieces and when they last came in
  • Private notes for placement and allergies
  • Stays quick however long the list gets
  • Details carried onto every booking

Flash, custom & consultations

Timed and priced the way the studio charges.

  • Every flash, custom slot and consultation you offer
  • Session length set per design
  • A price and deposit on each
  • Assign each design to the artists who do it
  • Keep a design off the online page
  • What the client reads before they book

Artists and hours

Everyone bookable when they're actually in.

  • Unlimited artists, never a per-chair fee
  • A picture, a colour, an email, a number
  • Each artist's own design list
  • The hours each artist is in, day by day
  • Guest spots and residency dates
  • Days off and studio closures

Deposits & payments

Card payments without another machine to learn.

  • Card payments handled by Stripe
  • Non-refundable deposits on every session
  • Payment status shown on each booking
  • Every transaction listed and totalled
  • Paid out to the studio's own account
  • Stripe hooked up without leaving the app

Booking rules

The studio sets the terms.

  • The furthest ahead anyone can book
  • How much notice you require
  • Session interval down to short flash pieces
  • Time zone, currency and the studio's own details
  • Cancelled sessions kept and restorable
  • Dark theme for late nights

What the client gets

Booked, reminded, and able to sort themselves out.

  • Confirmation the moment they book
  • A reminder the day before the session
  • They can move the appointment themselves
  • They can cancel within your notice window
  • You hear about it immediately
  • Refund confirmations sent automatically

Setting up

You will not be left staring at a blank screen.

  • A checklist waiting on your first login
  • Guides and short video walkthroughs
  • Log in with Google or an email
  • A worked-in demo studio to poke around
  • Every feature open for the whole fortnight
  • No joining fee, no contract

BEFORE AND AFTER

What an inbox full of DMs costs a tattoo studio.

Nobody leaves a follow-up message for a consultation. They message, they wait, and they book with the studio that replies first.

THE MATHS IS SHORT

US$49.99 is less than most deposits.

One deposit that would otherwise have been chased by DM covers it. One no-show stopped before it happens covers it again. Every session after that is entirely yours — the studio is never charged a commission.

NO TWO STUDIOS RUN THE SAME

A one-chair private studio and a six-artist floor need the same freedom, not the same template.

Choose your own session lengths, deposits, consultation rules, opening hours and how far ahead clients can book. Kevonia fits itself around how the studio already runs rather than making you change how you tattoo.

THREE THINGS AND YOU'RE OPEN

Most studios are taking online bookings before the end of the shift.

Put in the basics, share the link, and tidy the details between sessions.

01

Set up the studio

Name, photo, address, time zone, currency, and how far in advance clients can book.

02

Add designs and artists

Every consultation, flash and custom session with its length and deposit, then each artist and the hours they work.

03

Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, a QR code at the front desk, or the sign in the window.

STUDIOS ALREADY ON KEVONIA

Most studios stop losing chairs to no-shows inside the first deposit.

Fewer DMs going unanswered, fewer empty chairs after a cancellation, and a client history that follows the piece from consult to healed touch-up.

We've been using Kevonia for several months and it has completely changed how we manage appointments. Our clients love how easy it is to book online, and we save hours every single week.
Emily Carter
By far the best salon booking software we've used. It saves us time every day, and the online booking process has increased the number of appointments we get.
David Thompson
The automatic reminders have significantly reduced our no-shows, and scheduling has never been easier. It's simple, reliable, and our clients constantly compliment the booking experience.
Ashley Brooks
I was surprised by how easy it was to get started. Within a single day our entire salon was set up and running smoothly. The interface is clean, modern and genuinely easy to use.
Jessica Miller
Managing multiple stylists used to be a challenge, but this keeps everyone's schedule organised. It helps us stay more efficient while giving our clients a better experience.
Michael Johnson
Excellent software with outstanding support. Our clients appreciate being able to book anytime, and we appreciate having everything in one place. I'd recommend it to any salon owner.

Nothing up front

The trial opens without a card. If the studio doesn't take to it, do nothing and it simply stops.

The design list, the artists and the hours are the whole job. Most studios are sharing the link within the hour.

Your clients stay yours

The client list and its notes belong to the studio, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What studio owners ask before switching.

Prefer to see it working? Open the live demo workspace and run through a full week in the studio.

Why use tattoo booking software instead of Instagram DMs?+

DMs can't take a deposit, can't stop two clients being booked into the same chair, and can't tell you what a client's skin reacted to last time. Kevonia does all three, and it keeps working when the studio is closed.

Can each artist have their own hours, guest spots and designs?+

Yes. Every artist gets their own working hours per weekday, their own days off or residency dates, and their own list of designs. The calendar shows all of them side by side, or one at a time.

Can I run different session lengths for flash and custom work?+

Yes. Session length is set per design, so a twenty-minute flash piece isn't forced into the same block as a six-hour custom session. Each design also carries its own price and deposit.

Do clients have to create an account to book?+

No. They pick a design or a consultation, an artist and a time, then leave their name and contact details. That's the whole flow — nothing to sign up for and nothing to download.

Can I take a non-refundable deposit?+

Yes. Connect Stripe and put a deposit on any session or consultation. Most studios take the deposit at the moment of booking and settle the rest on the day, which is exactly how most artists already price a piece.

What happens with walk-ins and flash days?+

Add them straight into the calendar yourself. Online booking and walk-ins share the same calendar, so a chair filled at the door is immediately unavailable online.

Does it stop double bookings?+

Yes, and it's usually the reason studios move over. Every save is checked against your hours, that artist's time off, any closure and every existing booking. A conflict is refused rather than saved.

Is there a cost per artist?+

No. One flat price covers unlimited artists, bookings, clients and designs, so bringing in a guest artist for a residency costs nothing extra in software.

How long does it take to set up?+

Usually under an hour. Studio details, design list, artists, opening hours — then share the link. A checklist inside the app takes you through it step by step.

What happens after the fourteen days?+

Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is needed to start it. After that it's US$49.99 a month, cancellable from your billing settings whenever you want.

Can I have a look round first?+

Yes. The demo workspace is a fully loaded studio with bookings, artists, designs and takings already in it, so you can work the calendar before giving us an email address.
